About Castillo Immigration Law Firm

Marina Castillo Gómez has been the owner and Principle Immigration Attorney of Castillo Immigration Law Firm since 2015. She is graduated from University of CT School of Law and she holds a Certificate in Human Rights at the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Throughout her years of experience, Attorney Castillo has worked to process cases in naturalization, adjustment of status, marriage-based visas (IMFA), fiancée visas, renewal of green cards, National Visa Center processes, family-based visas and employment visas in general.

Attorney Castillo works to provide both legal assistance and compassion for her clients. She spent four years as the Immigration Attorney and Immigrant Assistant Director at Faith Action International House, and she is a proud advocate for her Latino community.

In her personal life, she is married and a mother of three.

Devon Senges - Associate Attorney

Attorney Devon Senges graduated from Elon University School of Law in 2015 and has been helping families in North Carolina navigate the opaque waters of the U.S immigration system for the past 9 years as an attorney and the past 14 years as an advocate for immigrants in the legal field. She has been a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Immigration Law since 2022. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
