Paralegal II
- Minimum of 5 year prior immigration experience, preferably in family, employment and court based immigration
- Bilingual, English-Spanish Fluency, both oral and written
- Thorough knowledge of legal principles, legal research techniques, legal terminology, and government regulations
- Excellent legal drafting, professional level writing, and reliable and consistent verbal skills with internal teams and external clients in both languages
- Strong and demonstrated interpersonal skills, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with different types of Family based, Employment based, and court related cases.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Inszoom, Lawpay, google drive
- Ability to work with databases and on-line technological platforms
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
- Reliable punctuality and attendance
- Must have the ability to lift, hold and move physical files
- Experience with different types of Family based, Employment based, and court related cases.
